Frank Villalobos is the president of Barrio Planners, Inc. As a licensed architect, Mr. Villalobos is also a community development activist. Through his guidance, Eastside Business Assistance Center is able to provide business services that benefit the community.

Becky Jiang, Program Manager of EBAC/BPI

Becky Jiang holds an MBA degree in Finance. During the last ten years, Ms. Jiang has provided consulting services to business entities ranging from multi-national firms to family owned businesses. Ms. Jiang specializes in Business Plan Development, SBA lending, and International Trade.

Ralph Carmona, Business Development Officer of EBAC/BPI

As an economic development specialist, Ralph Carmona is responsible for providing technical assistance for hundreds of businesses in the East/Northeast area of Los Angeles. He is also responsible for developing community development strategies devoted to promoting business participation and partnering with local city and county government to improve businesses.

Ruben Sanchez, Business Consultant of EBAC/BPI

Ruben Sanchez holds a bachelors degree business management, operations management, and finance. As a business consultant he is reponsible for assisting small business owners with business plan development, financing, marketing, and strategic planning.
